In the first half of 2012, the FormPRO partners, together with experienced Angolan workers, developed occupational profiles for three professions (Trainer, Bricklayer, Electrician). On this basis a curriculum will be elaborated for the profession Electrician. One crucial aspect in doing so will be, once again, to train the staff of the National Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP) in order to qualify it to carry out these development tasks independently. The whole process comprises 3 joint workshops which will be headed by two international consultants.
Joint workshop to verify the development of the curriculum for an Electrician and implement last revisions. Based on the results of this workshop, the curriculum with all its necessary documentation will be fine-tuned until the end of the year.
